Elaine, family, so sorry for your loss. I came to St. Lawrence County in 1970 to work in Probation, one of the first people I met was Mel, from that day on in all my days both working in the County and being in the area Mel was one of the friends that made one feel that everything would work out okay and when he was involved it did.
